I realised that these 3-anchor points; Financial inclusion, mobile app penetration, and banking are all critical components of Nigeria's financial ecosystem.
While progress has been made in increasing financial inclusion and mobile app usage, there is still a significant gap to close.
I understudied the business processes to understand the needs and requirements through interview meetings and indepth discovery sessions.
Subsequently, I scheduled 10 participants for teams, zoom, and Google meet calls to discuss difficulties and ideas related to the following objectives:
How they enjoy sports,
What they require,
How interested will they be to use a sport tailored sport social media.
What are people's reactions to the concept?
